On-site maintenance

All of our systems come with a one-year on-site maintenance warranty, providing you with the peace of mind that should something go wrong we’ll send out an engineer as quickly as possible.

With Masternaut's GPS tracking on all of our vehicles, and engineers based throughout the UK, we can quickly coordinate the attendance of the engineer nearest to your store or venue.

Each engineer is a specialist in their field and in most instances, will be able to fix the fault there and then. Should they spot any secondary faults while working on your system, they’re well equipped to fix those at the same time, thanks to our fully stocked fleet of service and support vehicles.

In the unlikely event that a fault cannot be fixed, we’ll supply a temporary replacement while we take your system back to the factory for inspection and repair. No quibbles, no hassle – it’s all included in your one-year warranty.

Maintenance plans

For similar cover in years two and three, we offer a choice of reactive and preventative maintenance plans, including guaranteed service levels. These plans can be paid in monthly or yearly instalments. Whichever is most convenient for you.
